We understand what you are going through because we've been there.  We have experienced how mental illness can devastate individuals and families.  

We also understand that recovering from mental illness is possible, but it takes work -- and affects everyone touched by the illness.   

We provide a variety of support groups including:
Aurora Strong Resilience Center (in the old Hoffman Heights Library)

Third Saturday of each month 10:00 -- 11:30 AM

Weekly 90-Minute Support Group for people living with mental illness in which people learn from each others' experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.
